Commercial Water Filters

Welcome to Commercial Water Filters! Abendroth Water Conditioning Sells, Rents, and Leases all Commercial Water Filters. We Use Fleck and Pentair valves, along with the new lineup of Clack Commercial Valves. Below you will find what we call the “Boiler Plate” starting point for all commercial water filters. This will give you a general idea of a starting point for sizes. You can ” Click” on the systems below and they will guide to applications and sizing charts along with optional features and benefits.

We can also custom design a system specific to your application with all of the features that you desire. Please keep in mind that when we build a filter, the tank and valve are only a small part of the system. Having a proper water test of the water to be treated is the sinlge most important starting point. Not all Medias are the same, and the medias performance is related directly to the water that it will be treating.

If you have any questions at all, please feel free to call us or email us, and one of our licensed and certified water specialist will be happy to discuss your water treatment needs.

2900_twin__54701_zoomThe 2″ AB2900 Series filters use a top-mounted or side mounted, two-inch inlet and outlet solid brass valve with a motor-driven, hydraulically-balanced piston, seal and spacer concept to pilot service flow not dependent on water pressure.

  • Stainless steel back plate will not rust or corrode.
  • Factory installed drain line flow control maintains accurate backwash rates.
  • Two-inch NPT inlet/outlet connections.
  • Hydraulically-balanced piston, seal, and spacers. Lower service piston is available with or without hard water bypass.
  • Non-sticking teflon-coated pistons allow foreign particles to pass through without damaging the unit.
  • Upper piston pilots the regeneration steps.
  • Heavy-duty drive motor receives signal from timer to efficiently direct water flow during regeneration. Piston shifts smoothly and quietly regardless of water pressure.
  • Lower heavy-duty drive motor receives signal from upper drive motor to direct the service piston into position. Piston shifts smoothly and quietly regardless of water pressure.
  • Optional microprocessor provides meter demand regeneration with adjustable regeneration times for all cycles, time of regeneration and calendar day override.
  • Mechanical timers also available in time clock or meter demand.
  • Flow director on meter demand systems accurately directs flow towards turbine meter under low flow conditions.
  • Environmental cover is standard on all systems.
  • Nema 3R rated.

3900_twin__21089_zoomThe AB3900 3″  Series filters use a flanged top-mounted or optional side-mounted adapter, three-inch NPT inlet and outlet solid brass control valve with a motor-driven, hydraulically-balanced piston with a seal and spacer concept to pilot service flow not dependent on water pressure.

These systems provide high service flow rates & the simplified alternating and multiple lockout systems eliminate the need for diaphragms, solenoids and stagers. The controller is available with either downflow (co-current) or upflow (counter-current) with easy adjustable cycle times. No diaphragms to rupture or false transfer.

Standard Features:

  • Stainless steel back plate will not rust or corrode.
  • Factory installed drain line flow control maintains accurate backwash rates.
  • Three-inch NPT inlet/outlet connections.
  • Hydraulically-balanced piston, seal, and spacers. Lower service piston is available with or without hard water bypass.

  • Optional microprocessor provides meter demand regeneration with adjustable regeneration times for all cycles, time of regeneration and calendar day override.
  • Mechanical timers also available in time clock or meter demand.
  • Flow director on meter demand systems accurately directs flow towards turbine meter under low flow conditions.Environmental cover is standard on all systems.
  • Nema 3R rated.
